| dc.description | El objeto del presente trabajo de titulación es realizar un análisis crítico sobre la figura del Visto Bueno, y su procedimiento en la legislación ecuatoriana, la cual personalmente considero una de las grandes conquistas del derecho laboral. El visto bueno es un procedimiento administrativo que va en contra de la estabilidad laboral, la terminación del contrato individual de trabajo disuelve o pone fin a las relaciones laborales entre el trabajador y el empleador, y extingue el derecho de aquellos a conservar su empleo; pero nada hay en ello de contrario a la estabilidad del trabajo cuando es el efecto de una causa justa.A través de este trabajo analizamos cada una de las causales para solicitar el visto bueno, su procedimiento y sus efectos en la relación laboral, el cual es conocido y resuelto por el Inspector de Trabajo quien es la máxima autoridad en este proceso. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this titling work is to conduct a critical analysis on the figure of the Approval, and its procedure in Ecuadorian legislation, which I personally consider one of the great achievements of labor law. The approval is an administrative procedure that goes against the labor stability, the termination of the individual work contract dissolves or puts an end to the labor relations between the worker and the employer, and extinguishes the right of those to keep their employment; but there is nothing in it contrary to the stability of work when it is the effect of a just cause. Through this work we analyze each of the causes to request the approval, its procedure and its effects on the employment relationship, which is known and resolved by the Labor Inspector who is the highest authority in this process. | en_US |
