| dc.description | El presente trabajo versa principalmente respecto del contrato de agenciamiento marítimo y precisa lo que verdaderamente se debe comprender como un agenciamiento marítimo de los buques, así como las principales obligaciones, responsabilidades y funciones que tienen las compañías que se dedican a suscribir sendos contratos. De igual forma, se ocupa de desarrollar acerca de lo que representa la figura del Agente Maritimo propiamente dicho y también sus actividades, funciones, alcances y efectos de sus responsabilidades. Adicionalmente, se incluye un análisis referente a la naturaleza jurídica del contrato de agenciamiento marítimo como tal, el mismo que al momento de estudiarlo profundamente, hace surgir varias dudas en cuanto a la característica jurídica propia que tiene este tipo de contrato a la luz de las actividades que se generan en el quehacer. En todo el desarrollo del trabajo y en las conclusiones encontraremos propuestas referentes al tema tratado, para su mejor entendimiento. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper deals mainly with the shipping agency agreement, and it precises what really should be understood as a shipping agency of the vessels, as well as the main obligations, responsibilities and functions of the companies that devote their activity to subscribe such agreements. Likewise, it revolves around what the shipping agent figure represents, and also its activities, functions, scope and effects of its responsibilities. Additionally, an analysis of the legal nature of the shipping agency agreement is included, which after a deep study, raises several questions regarding the peculiar legal characteristic of this type of contract, in regards to the activities that are generated along the task. Along the development of this paper, and in the conclusions, we will find proposals related to the discussed matter, for its better understanding. | en_US |
