| dc.description | Dentro del presente artículo académico e investigativo, denominado “Potestad del estado ecuatoriano para otorgar y revocar visas de residencia temporal” nos proponemos explicar el proceso para la obtención de una visa de residencia temporal. El objetivo del actual trabajo se basa en conocer los derechos conferidos a los extranjeros, analizando el contenido de la constitución, tratados internacionales y ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano. Además, se explicará que es la residencia temporal, así como el significado doctrinario de la soberanía del estado. En el año 2017 entro en vigencia le Ley Orgánica de Movilidad Humana implementando nuevos procesos, estableciendo sanciones y multas, por consiguiente, analizaremos a través de la nueva ley y su reglamento las razones por la cual la autoridad de movilidad humana autoriza o revoca una visa. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present academic and investigative article, we propose to explain the process for obtaining a temporary residence visa. The objective of the present work is based on knowing the rights conferred on foreigners, analyzing the content of the constitution, international conventions and Ecuadorian legal system. In addition, it will be explained what it is the temporary residence, as well as the doctrinal meaning of the sovereignty of the state. In 2017 the Organic Law of Human Mobility entered into force, implementing new processes, establishing sanctions, therefore, we will analyze through the new law and its regulations the reasons why the human mobility authority authorizes or revokes a visa. | en_US |
