Abstract

In this research document you can find the respective analysis for the development of a business model proposal for the implementation of home automation in housing private developments of the Salitre road of the City of Guayaquil, this study collects results and ideas about the better alternatives to promote the implementation service through analysis according to the needs of the clients or inhabitants of the urbanizations. The collection of data and information necessary for the study was achieved through measurement instruments, for the case of this document a survey has been used on the domotic service, which has been put to the test in other documents that handle an objective Similary. For the purposes of this study, a quantitative research methodology has been used, using computer tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Forms to perform a correct tabulation and interpretation of results. Among the results obtained, an excellent reception is appreciated for the product and service offered, being very attractive in the market, due to its innovation in the Ecuadorian market. The analysis of the proposed business model maintains a NPV and IRR greater than zero, this analysis was carried out in different scenarios offered to potential clients, varying the type of product and price, generating positive results, showing the profitability and feasibility of the research.
