Abstract

The project arises from the need to provide a greater number of classrooms, academic spaces, and more comfortable services in the Catholic University Santiago de Guayaquil, responding to the needs for the increase in students over the years, the project is located in the area where the coliseum of that university is located, the objective of the project is to provide the student community with spaces for integration, participation and exchange of knowledge, by means of cultural and recreational academic activities, by means of polyvalent spaces in the different areas of the project, which contribute to the essential improvement of the working conditions and which promote constant training and learning, as well as the socialization of the university community among themselves and with their context.
