El refugio en el Ecuador a partir de la crisis venezolana.

Abstract

In the present research work we will analyze the international figure of Refuge Law in Ecuador starting from the political-social-economic crisis of Venezuela which caused an increase in the migration of Venezuelan citizens to our territory leaving as a result an international reality in what pertains to human mobility. This is how like Ecuador it has become a destination for those who seek to improve their living conditions through the exercise of the right of refuge. In our country there is a great welcome for migrants the greatest destination in Latin America bringing consequently the imperative need for the legal evolution of the right of refuge. Therefore it is necessary to resolve the legal issues regarding the scope of this institution request procedure finally correlative rights and obligations between the Ecuadorian State and migrants with the status of Refugees in light of the Constitutional framework and international treaties in order to suggest valid conclusions and recommendations that allow the establishment of basic criteria for the resolution of conflicts with respect to the object figure the present investigation.
