Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación del Café con Piernas en Samborondón.

Abstract

The great influx of tourists from different parts of the world, who receives Ecuador annually, has become a challenge for the national government which should provide recreational spaces where the foreigner feels at home. In order to fulfill this objective, the government facilitates state funding sources for innovative projects that change the productive matrix. That is why the feasibility study for the implementation of coffee with legs in the canton of Samborondón, whose objective is to determine the viability in its implementation process in the target market. The methodology to determine the feasibility was based on a financial study whose rate of return is of the project is 29% a NPV of $ 12.953.620,65 .. These results indicate that the start-up of this business is feasible from the economic point of view. It is recommended that future studies of similar projects be analyzed from the social point of view, identifying the cultural impact that it causes on the population
