Estudio de factibilidad para creación de una plaza comercial a base de contenedores reciclados para alquiler de locales comerciales en la provincia de Santa Elena - Salinas.

Abstract

The objective of this project is to execute a feasibility study for the creation of a commercial plaza based on recycled cargo containers for renting in Salinas city, Santa Elena province, this project is divided into four chapters, this chapters will allow to obtain the ideal information to determine the feasibility of the project. The first chapter corresponds to the current situation of the company, which will be determined by the analysis of several matrices, mission and vision of the company, and organizational chart. In the second chapter an analysis of the offer and demand will be developed, by this analysis the market deficit will be determined, in order to obtain the percentage of demand corresponding to our project. In the third chapter a technical study will be developed, which will help to calculate the initial investment we need for the start-up of the project. Finally, in the fourth chapter a financial study will be developed, in which the initial investment, project financing, debt amortization, and financial statements and indicators will be determined, which will help determine the feasibility of the project.
