Abstract

Ecuador is a country which protects the welfare of children and adolescents, seeking their integral development, in health, housing, food and intellectual development, therefore it is essential to give truth to the fulfillment of the duties and obligations of parents. To their children, for this the State must guarantee the right to work which is stipulated in the Constitution of the Republic. Taking this as a premise, the State must guarantee the common wellbeing of both the nurturing and the infants, generating jobs that will reduce the unemployment and underemployment rates in the country. The regularization of alimony payments despite being unemployed cannot be considered directly proportional, since the child would be deprived of their rights, for which it is considered that the most optimal should be the granting of credit or subsidy by the been for a considerable period and not just participate in this regulator.
