La protección del medio ambiente en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The main objective of this academic work is to bring to the attention the society, about the problems of application of the penal types, which, in theory, were created for the protection of the environment and the nature of the city of Guayaquil. However, within this research, some constitutional, organic and municipal laws and ordinances will be mentioned and discussed; Enacted in order to guarantee the wellbeing of the people, the protection and the creation of sustainable environmental spaces. It will also deal with secondary topics such as: The Origin and development of the rights of nature at the international and Ecuadorian constitutional level; The determination of the problems of application, of the penal types that protect the environment of Guayaquil; And among other interesting topics, that will allow to illustrate to the readers about a local perspective, on the application of the environmental penal Law in the city of Guayaquil. On the other hand, one of my objectives is to show briefly the indices of pollution the city of Guayaquil, so that the readers of this thesis can do a test of consciousness, and reflect on their behavior, so that the toxic reality of the city can Change. Later, in the final part of this academic work, I will express my personal criterion, on certain solutions for the problems of application of the penal types that protect the environment and nature of the city of Guayaquil.
