| dc.description | Este trabajo de investigación lo escogí por el motivo de tener una mamá y tres hermanas, por el solo hecho de precautelar los principios y derechos hacia la mujer. Este trabajo nos hace dar cuenta que el femicidio es la muestra más grande de violencia, ya que el femicidio tipificado en el art 141 COIP (Código Orgánico Integral Penal) la persona que, como resultado de relaciones de poder manifestadas en cualquier tipo de violencia de muerte por el hecho de serlo o por su condición de género, será sancionada con pena privativa de libertad de veintidós a veintiséis años. Se va analizar el procedimiento que se pueda aplicar en este tipo penal, las circunstancias que se pueda interponer la máxima pena, las diferencias con otros tipos penales parecidos pero no similares y la explicación o debida forma de utilizar el femicidio. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | I chose this research work for the reason of having a mother and three sisters for the sole purpose of protecting the principles and rights of women. This work makes us realize that femicide is the greatest example of violence, since the femicide typified in art 141 COIP (Comprehensive Criminal Code) the person who, as a result of power relations manifested in any type of violence of death by virtue of being or by gender, will be sanctioned with imprisonment from twenty-two to twenty-six years. It is going to analyze the procedure that can be applied in this criminal type, the circumstances that the maximum penalty can be filed, the differences with other similar but not similar criminal types and the explanation or due form of using femicide. | en_US |
