| dc.description | La inseminación artificial, a pesar de no ser una técnica de reproducción novísima, es relativamente moderna, y representa un avance medico importante de la época, mientras que, por otro lado, las presunciones de paternidad, y el sistema jurídico completo de filiación es considerablemente antiguo, puesto responde a un orden biológico natural. En particular se tomará en consideración la revisión de la inseminación artificial heteróloga, saber si aquella se encuentra vigente para los casos modernos, y el avance de la tecnología y ciencia de reproducción. Plasmar un análisis tanto normativo como interpretativo frente a la presunción de paternidad y la relación de filiación en cuanto los derechos y obligaciones amparados en la legislación ecuatoriana y al consensuado de la pareja para que surta dicho procedimiento y así mismo otras consideraciones que se tomaran en cuenta en el presente trabajo investigativo. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Artificial insemination, despite not being a very new reproduction technique, is relatively modern, and represents an important medial advance of the tome, while, on the other hand, the presumptions of paternity, and the complete legal system of filiation is considerably ancient, post responds to a natural biological order. In particular, the revision of heterologous artificial insemination will be taken into account, whether it is in force for modern cases, and the advancement of technology and reproduction science. To express both a normative and interpretative analysis regarding the presumption of paternity and the relationship of filiation regarding the rights and obligations covered by Ecuadorian legislation and the consensual agreement of the couple to provide said procedure and also other considerations that will be taken into account in the present investigative work. | en_US |
