Análisis del delito de falsedad u ocultamiento de información ambiental en la amazonia del Ecuador.

Abstract

The purpose in this work is to warn Ecuadorian citizens about the important need to reform article 255 of the Organic Integral Criminal Code, where sanctioning behaviors of those citizens who attempt to provide false information and / or the fact of hiding information, how basis for have the granting environmental permits in the Amazon, through a long analysis in fundamental doctrines such as: • Environmental law • Criminal law • Current Constitution In Based a the foregoing, it is determined in this investigation that prevailing on the part of the legislature to amend these legal norms, so that there is agreement with the Fundamental Standard, informing the public that this kind of crime; of the impact of providing False information and / or the fact of hiding information, how basis for have the granting environmental permits in the Amazon in a malicious way is a very serious problem, and that affects our Amazon, with human beings themselves being the main who causes of these inconveniences. In the course of the study of this work, some types of teaching will be observed, the same that have left us several or different situations in environmental law, which have given rise to a reform of article 255 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, more forceful and that I contribute modification to that the Ecuadorian State and its current government put into practice all the rights
