Institucionalización del derecho deportivo en la legislación ecuatoriana.

Abstract

The present paper talks about the necessity that has the ecuadorian law system to add, define and improve the sport as a right in the Constitution. In the present, it is contemplated as part of physical education and recreation to the kids, young and adults. It is seen as a game and part of the entertainment of the people, but not as competition; which, for us, is the main characteristic that sport must have in its definition and as a right that needs to be guaranteed in the supreme law. Additionally, in this thesis we are going to demostrate how the lack of sport law declaration affects the access and development, for the people and private institutions, to all kinds of competitions that nowadays, the current phenomenon of sport provides to Ecuador as country and its society, not only national but internationally, in all types of sports, being these practiced indivually or in groups.
