Análisis del servicio de Voz sobre IP en una red inalámbrica de Cuarta Generación en La Libertad, Provincia de Santa Elena, Ecuador.

Abstract

Due to technological advancement in mobile telephony increasingly focused on a world governed by IP networks, an advanced fourthgeneration LTE telephone network with a worldwide deployment is emerging, one that offers better bandwidths and speeds for users, this network being the concentration point to develop a design that allows, in addition to the improvements indicated, using the new Volte service (Voice over IP in LTE), which is being tested in the city of La Libertad, province of Santa Elena . The first phase was the theoretical investigation of the LTE system, its structure and access layer, which allowed defining a new, more robust and improved design for the chosen city and, based on this, developing predictions that allow for validating the quality of the performance of the established and investigated configuration. As a result of this design, it was possible to demonstrate an improvement in the network coverage and the Voice over IP parameters of 100% of the city of La Libertad, Province of Santa Elena, based on the ATOLL tool.
