| dc.description | La colecistitis aguda es un proceso inflamatorio de la pared de la vesícula biliar de muy rápido desarrollo, que predomina en el sexo femenino, su resolución se la realiza de manera quirúrgica. Por este motivo se realizó un estudio de cohorte, retrospectivo mediante el empleo del chi cuadrado de Pearson entre las cirugía inmediatas y diferidas realizadas en el hospital general Guasmo Sur en el periodo del 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2019, se revisó las historias clínicas de los pacientes para la obtención de los datos. Al final de este trabajo de investigación obtuvimos que no se evidencian diferencias entre la probabilidad de presentarse complicaciones entre la cirugía diferida y la cirugía inmediata. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The acute cholecisitis is an inflamatory process of the gallbladder wall that has a fast development, it predominates in the female sex, and the treatment is made by surgery. This is the reason why we made a retrospective cohort study where we used the Pearson’s chi square between the immediate and the delayed surgery in the general hospital “Guasmo Sur” in the period from January 1st to December 31of 2019, we reviewed the clinical records of the patients to get the data. At the end of this investigation work we realized that there is no difference in the probability of complications between delayed and immediate surgery. | en_US |
