| dc.description | En el presente documento se propone el diseño de un Mercado Artesanal insertado en el casco comercial y patrimonial de la cuidad de Guayaquil. El mercado artesanal busca generar un espacio de intereses, que además de servir para la venta de artesanías autóctonas del País, no solo sea un sitio exclusivo de artesanos y turistas; a su vez transforme en espacio referente para la comunidad. Que promueva la integración de la sociedad y que sean atractivos tanto para el comerciante, y consumidores. El nuevo Mercado Artesanal para el centro de Guayaquil, ubicado sobre la calle Loja, entre las calles Vicente Rocafuerte y Panamá, en un lote de 4,960.00 m² Ubicado en el solar de la ESPOL, actual predio del propietario antes mencionado. Se propone un diseño comercial permeable, además de una plaza exterior, otorgándole un remate favorable de las calles Manuel J. Calle. | dc.description.abstract | This document proposes the design of an Artisan Market inserted in the commercial and patrimonial center of the city of Guayaquil. The artisan market seeks to generate a space of interests, which, in addition to serving for the sale of native crafts of the Country, is not only an exclusive place for artisans and tourists; turn it into a reference space for the community. That promotes the integration of society and that they are attractive both for the merchant and consumers.
