Los mecanismos legales de la administración publica en materia de incentivos económicos : estudio especial a las sociedades BIC en Ecuador.

Abstract

The present object of this research is to carry out a critical study from the corporate-commercial point of view on the implementation of legal mechanisms of economic incentives in benefit corporations in Ecuador as a public administration strategy with the objective of promoting that the different types of mercantile companies voluntarily want to be B corps and this, in turn, commit to generating practices in favor of society and the environment. Taking into account the importance of this topic, the research aims to improve the legal regime of these would cause more companies to want to be part of it and these in turn will contribute to the sustainable development of the environment and to generate good corporate practices in accordance with the purposes of the state. In this sense, the research has been directed in two chapters, the first chapter analyzes and studies the origins of the B corps together with their respective legal nature, elements, and the advantages of it in Ecuador, the second chapter analyzes and studies the legal mechanisms of public administration in terms of incentives and comparative legislation will be used in relation to what kind of incentives these countries use to promote this type of society.
