Perspectiva jurídica de la migración en el Ecuador en este año 2020 por la actual crisis sanitaria del COVID 19. Propuesta a la Ley Orgánica de Movilidad Humana.

Abstract

Research aimed at the Migrant Population in the face of the COVID 19 health emergency in the country, was carried out through a legal analysis of the Organic Law of Human Mobility, allowing us to identify the reality of the problem. Therefore, through the results obtained, we have the proper guidelines to determine established legal criteria, which can later serve as the foundation and justification for a proposed reform of this law. Sharing experiential moments of migrants in a state of transit, refuge, visitors or residents, it is necessary to make the country aware of how impressive it is to observe that, in the face of this pandemic, most of these people do not have health or public insurance, or private, they are people who fight hard to live their day to day, how they win the battles that are presented to them daily. The responsibility of Ecuador in the face of the situation, is well known, this pandemic causes the mood of the migrant to vary, some are happy, others angry and / or sad, in the face of a health crisis.
