Abstract

Due to the constant development that exists worldwide in the area of informatics, this thesis project is aimed at solving a latent legal problem in Ecuadorian legislation, which focuses on the need to regulate the procurement of IT goods and services. Through practical cases that we will expose in this text, we will make clear the lack of regulations that we are subject to as a society, and that as a result has given way to arbitrariness and abuse. The lack of knowledge of computer terminology, hinders the role of the justice operator and prevents the resolution of conflicts arising from contractual relationships of a computer nature, which we seek to reduce and prevent in the Ecuadorian justice administration.
