| dc.description | El presente trabajo denominado “Análisis de datos mediante KPI’S en empresa naviera JB LOGISTIC en la provincia de Santa Elena” tuvo como objetivo diagnosticar los puntos negativos utilizando el ciclo de Deming durante las actividades del servicio naviero/logístico del marino mediante KPI’S que permita mejorar el desempeño en la naviera JB LOGISTIC en la provincia de Santa Elena. Para el cumplimiento del objetivo general de la investigación se han seguido los objetivos específicos que incluye como primer paso el análisis mediante el ciclo Deming del proceso actual de la empresa, identificar e implementar una herramienta de apoyo para el registro de los servicios que brinda la empresa y por último una herramienta que les permita el análisis de la información recopilada de los servicios a brindar a través de KPI’S y a su vez le permita medir la productividad y desempeño de la naviera de manera correcta y precisa. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This work called "Analysis of data through KPI'S in the shipping company JB LOGISTIC in the province of Santa Elena" is aimed to diagnose the negative points using the Deming cycle, during the activities of the shipping / logistics service of the seafarer through KPI'S, that allow to improve the performance in the shipping company JB LOGISTIC in the province of Santa Elena. In order to fulfill the general objective of the investigation, the specific objectives have been followed, which includes as a first step the analysis through the Deming cycle of the current process of the company, identifying and implementing a support tool for the registration of the services provided by the company and as a result, provide them a tool that allows them to analyze the information collected from the services to be supplied through KPI'S, allowing them to measure the productivity and performance of the shipping company correctly and precisely. | en_US |
