| dc.description | La presente investigación aborda el análisis del patrón alimentario en pacientes con hipertensión arterial. El objetivo principal de este estudio fue determinar el estado nutricional en el centro médico SEMEDIC de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Se realizó un estudio de tipo descriptivo, tomando como población 300 pacientes y se seleccionó aleatoriamente a 55 pacientes, quienes respondieron a la encuesta. Se concluye que, el patrón alimentario los pacientes adultos diagnosticados de hipertensión arterial, según la relación talla/peso a través del índice de masa corporal (IMC), se observa que 22% tiene un IMC normal, mientras que 31% tiene sobrepeso, en menor medida, el 22% tiene obesidad tipo1, el 15% obesidad tipo 2 y el 11% obesidad tipo 3 respectivamente. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research addresses the analysis of the eating pattern in patients with arterial hypertension. The main objective of this study was to determine the eating pattern in the SEMEDIC medical center in the city of Guayaquil. Descriptive study was carried out, taking 300 patients as a population and 55 patients were randomly selected, who responded to the survey. It is concluded that, from the nutritional status of adult patients diagnosed with arterial hypertension, according to the height/ weight relationship through the body mass index (BMI), while 31 % are overweight, into lesser extent, 22% have type 1 obesity, 15% type 2 obesity and 11% type 3 obesity respectively. | en_US |
