Abstract

This research is based on the fundamental principles that are guaranteed in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the same that ensures the rights and principles in favor of workers with disabilities; Likewise, it guarantees Inclusion and Equity in favor of workers with disabilities, who currently enjoy rights of Inclusion and Social Equity, within the productive sector and the labor field, and therefore must be contemplated, within the hiring collective as part of trade union rights. The State must implement protection mechanisms for priority and vulnerable sectors, in order to guarantee that the rights and principles in favor of this important sector of society are not violated. Every citizen has the right not to be discriminated against, and this right must be guaranteed by the State in its government policies, which in the case of people with disabilities must be focused on making this sector productive, actively participating in the development of the individual as well as the national economy.
