Evaluación del uso de alimento balanceado con un protector hepatopancreático a base de extractos herbales para el cultivo de camarón en la fase de precría.

Abstract

The Ecuadorian shrimp sector has had an exponential growth in exports worldwide in recent years and this is due to the entire production process that has improved remarkably based on scientific research and the implementation of innovative improvements. In the shrimp company Cansamotors Cía. Ltda. Research is being carried out in the area of aquaculture nutrition, for which the definition of the product that adapts to the nutritional conditions in the pre-rearing phase was proposed, for which it will be developed in the experimental field supported by chronological sampling, giving a quantitative approach and explanatory scope, analyzing two products that are Nutrevida Expand and Liv 52 Protect, giving priority to the latter, which has a characteristic of being a hepatopancreatic protector of plant origin, these products were defined as treatment 1 (T1) and treatment 2 (T2) and presenting as a working hypothesis that at least one of the treatments is more effective than the other, based on statistically significant differences. The investigations that promoted the development of this work have shown satisfactory results, making comparisons of means, with T2 being the most effective, therefore it is expected that the results will serve the company to make correct decision-making, and as a methodological guide for future decisions research.
