Abstract

The main purpose of the study was to develop a business plan for the construction of a new building where the Private Educational Unit "10 de Agosto" will be located, for which a methodology with a quantitative research approach was proposed, not experimental because it was not they manipulated the variables. A review of the literature on the subject of the study revealed the latest results of other similar studies. On the other hand, the analysis of the business environment identified the dangers and opportunities that this entails, as a data collection tool a survey was used with a questionnaire of questions that allowed analyzing the market, to determine possible price ranges, such as satisfying customers. parents with the new headquarters and the possible actions to take that resulted in strategies to reduce the exodus of new students as much as possible. Finally, the financial evaluation showed that the investment is feasible, since during the projected period the financial indices are favorable for the institution with a decrease in indebtedness, an increase in financial autonomy and a growth in ROE. In addition, a positive NPV of USD 9,607.01 was obtained, with an IRR of 14.68% and a Recovery Period of 5 years, 3 months and 24 days.
