Determinantes que inciden en la productividad laboral de las Pymes en el sector comercial de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the determinants that affect the labor productivity of SMEs during the last year of operations, through inferential statistical analysis that help determine the best strategies to achieve labor productivity in the commercial sector of the city. To comply with it, a non-experimental investigation has been used that was carried out without deliberately manipulating the variables. In addition to a type of descriptive research because the characteristics of the factors that impact the labor productivity of small and medium-sized companies, and the historical and current productivity of these companies in the city of Guayaquil were detailed. And it was concluded that the main determinant variables of labor productivity of SMEs in the commercial sector of Guayaquil are training, work environment and absenteeism rate; and the low correlation between the study variables, that is, labor productivity and its determinants such as work environment, worker training and absenteeism rate with the labor productivity of these companies, is low.
