| dc.description | La planificación inadecuada y una infraestructura que no satisface la demanda de agua potable representa un problema para el crecimiento poblacional, comercial e industrial del Cantón Durán; el abastecimiento y distribución es deficiente para dotar agua potable de manera continua y con presiones requeridas a los clientes registrados en la base de datos comercial de EMAPAD-EP.
