| dc.description | La presente investigación pretende abordar la necesidad de implementar dentro de las Notarías lo que es la Mediación Notarial, donde se pueda dar solución a aquellos conflictos en temas de jurisdicción voluntaria, y así puedan resolverse de una manera ágil y en un menor costo en las notarías el país. Debido a que no se ha implementado la n utilización de la Medicación en las notarías, las unidades Judiciales y Centros de Mediación se encuentran abarrotados de casos que hasta la actualidad se resuelven de una forma amigable. Frente a este desconocimiento es hora que se amplié lo que es la Mediación en las notarías y que el Notario actué como un mediador, para que de esta forma se pueda ampliar los lugares donde las partes en conflicto puedan someter sus diferencias ante un Mediador. El notario será parte de esta modernización, tal como lo hacen en otros países, y de acuerdo a las encuestas los Notarios consideran que este cambio es importante y necesario para el bien de la Comunidad. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | His research aims to address the need to implement within the Notaries what is Notarial Mediation, where a solution can be given to those conflicts in matters of voluntary jurisdiction, and thus can be resolved in an agile way and at lower costs in the notaries the country. Due to the fact that the non-use of Medication has not been implemented in the notaries, the Judicial Units and Mediation Centers are crowded with cases that to date are resolved in a friendly manner. Faced with this ignorance, it is time that Mediation was expanded in notaries and that the Notary acted as a mediator, so that in this way the places where the parties in conflict could submit their differences to a Mediator could be expanded. The notary will be part of this modernization, just as they do in other countries, and according to the surveys, the Notaries consider that this change is important and necessary for the good of the Community. | en_US |
