| dc.description | En el desarrollo de esta investigación, se va analizar el nuevo tipo societario dentro de la promulgación la Ley Orgánica de Emprendimiento e Innovación, y sobre la implementación de las Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas, más conocidas como (S.A.S). Se van a enumerar cuales son los beneficios de crear una compañía con este nuevo tipo societario, tales como: es unipersonal, sin capital mínimo social, su constitución sin escrituras públicas, y las facilidades que tiene para la constitución. Sin embargo, este tipo de compañía tiene una limitación y es que tiene expresamente prohibida a ejercer actividades relacionadas con operaciones en el Mercado de Valores. Así mismo, de estar en bolsa de valores. Se va analizar los beneficios y limitaciones de las Sociedades por Acciones Simplificadas. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the development of this research, we will analyze the new corporate business information, within the enactment of the Organic Law of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and on the implementation of Simplified Joint Stock Companies, better known as (S.A.S). The benefits of creating a company with this new type of corporation will be listed, such as: without minimum capital stock, incorporation without the need of public deeds, it has for the incorporation. However, this type of company has one limitation and forbidden to exercise, related to operations in the Stock Market. Likewise, it is prohibited from being listed on the stock exchange.
