| dc.description | El presente tiene por objetivo analizar las acciones u omisiones en la ejecución de los actos de servicio de los servidores policiales. Para ello, se detalla de manera conceptual, doctrinal y jurídica cada uno de los conceptos analizados en este trabajo con la finalidad de generar una claridad teórica sobre la temática. Así mismo, se analiza el rol del Estado en la garantía del derecho de la seguridad ciudadana y el orden público, necesarios para proteger, promover y hacer efectivo el goce de los derechos humanos de todas las personas. De igual manera es importante considerar el papel que desempeñan los servidores policiales en el cumplimiento de sus deberes como miembros del Estado, que, a la par constituye también en uno de los derechos más importantes para los ciudadanos. La Policía Nacional, mediante sus servidores, ejecuta actos de servicio con la intención de precautelar la vida de terceros y también su propia vida, aun cuando la normativa vigente no presta las garantías para que el servidor ejecute su acto de servicio sin temor a ser condenado. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this present is to analyze the actions or omissions in the execution of the acts of service of the police officers. For this, each of the concepts analyzed in this work is detailed in a conceptual, doctrinal and legal way in order to generate theoretical clarity on the subject. Likewise, the role of the State in guaranteeing the right to citizen security and public order, necessary to protect, promote and make effective the enjoyment of human rights of all people, is analyzed. Similarly, it is important to consider the role played by police officers in fulfilling their duties as members of the State, which, at the same time, also constitutes one of the most important rights for citizens. The National Police, through its servers, executes acts of service with the intention of protecting the lives of third parties and also its own life, even when the current regulations do not provide the guarantees for the server to execute its act of service without fear of being condemned. | en_US |
