This way of relating generates a public exposure of personal data of users, family circle and friends, information that is used for criminal purposes; Given this fact, it is necessary to verify the limits on the use of said technological means by minors, without affecting the exercise of their rights such as: information, right to personal integrity, etc. Consequently, the need to identify this new form of abuse will be justified, as well as the protection measures that must be applied, taking into consideration that technology makes it difficult to identify who the active subject is, where they are located, and their intentions with children and adolescents. teenagers.
