Productividad del desarrollo laboral en modalidad de teletrabajo de mujeres con hijos en edad escolar durante la pandemia de Covid-19 en la ciudad de Manta.

Abstract

The present research work, whose theme is Productivity of Labor Development in the Teleworking Modality of Women with School-Age Children During the Covid-19 Pandemic in the City of Manta, is a pertinent inquiry, for studying the reality experienced during the pandemic. caused by the covid-19, due to this problem, virtuality had a fundamental boom, due to the existence of restrictions in face-to-face workplaces in Ecuador. The general objective is to determine the incidence of the teleworking modality in women with school-age children during the covid-19 pandemic in the City of Manta on the productivity of labor development. The investigation was carried out in the city of Manta, during the year 2020, where the pandemic began and the restrictions began in March. The methodology used was quantitative, and Pearson's correlational descriptive type, a survey was applied using the Likert scale questionnaire. At the end of the work, it is concluded that there is a favorable advantage for women who have children of school age when telecommuting, since the supervision of infants is for a longer time and a person should not be hired to take care of the children. ; In addition, there are savings by not having to travel to the workplace; Pearson's correlation, being less than 0.01, indicates that there is a high relationship between the variables of the teleworking modality and labor productivity in women with school-age children in the city of Manta.
