Propuesta de creación de una plataforma académica online para estudiantes de bachillerato del cantón Pasaje.

Abstract

The following degree work shows about the creation of a virtual academic platform, focused on high school students of the Pasaje canton, who, by not getting a private teacher, present a deficit in their school performance and through this virtual academic platform they will be able to find it fast and efficient way. The commercialization of this education service with the required pedagogical accompaniment is carried out throughout the Pasaje canton. It was possible to carry out this project through an investigative process, where objectives, sales, advertising and financial strategies were established, which were successfully achieved and accepted in the process of carrying out the company. An in-depth market investigation and audit was carried out, as well as an analysis of the industry where the work project will take place, projections and economic situations. Where it was discovered that this project is profitable, acceptable and financially sustainable at the estimated time, thus being quite attractive for shareholders and partners of the company. In addition, the risks that may arise during the course of the project's business life were highlighted, taking due precautions and actions against these problems with a contingency plan and controls in situations that affect the continuation of the project.
