| dc.description | A continuación, la propuesta arquitectónica se desarrolla en la ciudad de Machala, Provincia de El Oro; en la cual se propone un centro de acogida para jubilados con espacios recreativos, lúdicos y de salud que involucran directamente a toda la ciudad. Este proyecto se origina con la necesidad de retrasar el deterioro físico y cognitivo de los jubilados para el fortalecimiento e integración social de los adultos mayores. El lugar será técnicamente diseñado y el sistema constructivo a utilizarse será con materiales tradicionales. Se resuelve creando actividades de interés en el eje central del proyecto con un recorrido cubierto a diferentes alturas fomentando la mayor estancia en el área y la conexión con la vegetación fomentando visuales internas de contemplación. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Next, the architectural proposal is developed in the city of Machala, Province of El Oro; in which a shelter is proposed for retirees with recreational, recreational and health spaces that directly involve the entire city. This project stems from the need to delay the physical and cognitive deterioration of retirees for the strengthening and social integration of older adults. The site will be technically designed and the construction system to be used will be with traditional materials.
