| dc.description | Este trabajo tiene como propósito entender y comprender el proceso de nulidad matrimonial y la gran importancia que tiene una correcta instrucción de la causa para que dicho proceso llegue a buen término, a su vez de mostrar diferentes hechos que causan que causa la falta de agilidad en es decir un retraso y de cierta manera un detrimento de la justicia. A lo largo de la investigación se dará un vistazo sobre el significado y el origen del matrimonio, revisando el rol que juega la Iglesia en el mismo y su actuar en caso de que exista un conflicto entre los cónyuges. También encontraremos en esta investigación un análisis del proceso de nulidad matrimonial y los aspectos que ayudan a que exista instrucción y finalización del proceso, a su vez de ciertos aspectos que de cierta manera afectan a la celeridad del proceso, produciendo que no se pueda llegar a la verdad en forma oportuna a la par de ciertas observaciones que podrían ayudar a que dichos fenómenos se subsanen. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this work is to understand and comprehend the process of marriage nullity and the great importance that a correct instruction of the cause has for such process to reach a successful conclusion, as well as to show different facts that cause the lack of agility, that is to say, a delay and in a certain way a detriment of justice. Throughout the research we will take a look at the meaning and origin of marriage, reviewing the role played by the Church in it and its action in case there is a conflict between the spouses. We will also find in this research an analysis of the process of matrimonial nullity and the aspects that help to have instruction and completion of the process, as well as certain aspects that in a certain way affect the speed of the process, producing that the truth can not be reached in a timely manner along with certain observations that could help to remedy these phenomena. | en_US |
