Vivienda de interés social en Mucho Lote 1.

Abstract

The present project is inclined towards social housing, this issue arises due to the high rate of poverty in Ecuador. Issue of importance and concern, which is developed in the sector Mucho Lote 1, north of the city of Guayaquil. inside the Tarqui parish. The project seeks to reduce the growing percentage of people with limited resources, which is not a recent or new issue in our society but has unfortunately worsened as a result of the pandemic. For its understanding, an analysis of the city of Guayaquil was initiated, which concluded that the sector of Mucho Lote had a high rate of housing and at the same time a large land of 16518.50 m2, in which the proposal is proposed. Within the analysis of the sector, the problem that was found was social, since the area is insecure due to the lack of lighting, crime and drug addiction. Problems that arise because there is no place of social interaction where users can share as a society. That is why the proposal of housing of social interest is divided into two zones, the private that is the residential area, and the public area that is the commercial and recreational areas, thus seeking to reactivate the area. In general the project seeks a development and a new opportunity, which favors mainly the residents of the Mucho Lote sector and the Bastion Popular, who can be connected by means of the sewage channel, making an urban approach that is part of the project. It is known that within both sectors reside people with many needs, live in situations of very scarce resources, and are part of the social problems of the place. It is all this that the project solves, responding to the different needs of the user and generating a constant growth. It is concluded that the architectural proposal goes hand in hand with the social sphere, and that the proposed houses are designed with a future development and multifunctionality in mind.
