Abstract

This academic research article is based on a problem that is international and valid in society since the beginning of remote times, therefore, it affects Ecuador and the rest of the world, such as this topic of study of violence. intrafamilyin the province of Oro. The objective will be to identify how it affects the violationof rights that women and members of the family nucleus have, due to the fact that it is currently recognized that women, older adults, children, or adolescents are vulnerable to suffering types of domestic violence. Identification of the importance of the medical part of the Criminal JudicialUnit, where the degree of injury to the victim is recorded, determining whether it isa contravention or crime by the alleged offender, as well as which human rights are being violated, and recognized constitutionally by the country and international treaties that protect rights.
