| dc.description | La presente investigación planteó como objetivo evaluar el impacto de las acciones del Proyecto Cuidado Responsable en los beneficiarios del sector del cerro San Eduardo mediante el análisis de la tenencia de las mascotas en el sector a los tutores de mascotas, la identificación de las actividades realizadas por el Proyecto Cuidado Responsable y la evaluación del nivel de aceptación. El proyecto fue llevado a cabo en el sector Cerro San Eduardo de la ciudad de Guayaquil. La metodología fue de enfoque mixto (cualitativacuantitativa) de alcance descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental, transversal-de campo. Se aplicó una encuesta a una muestra aleatoria de 100 habitantes de sector que poseen animales domésticos. Los resultados arrojaron que existen indicadores positivos respecto al manejo responsable de las mascotas, así como se destacó la importancia de la esterilización, desparasitación y vacunas como actividades que ejecuta el proyecto y que son bien valoradas por la comunidad debido a relevancia de las mismas en el bienestar animal de la localidad. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to evaluate the impact of the actions of the Responsible Care Project on the beneficiaries of the Cerro San Eduardo sector through the analysis of pet guardians in the sector, the identification of the activities carried out by the Responsible Care project and the evaluation of the level of acceptance. The project was carried out in the Cerro San Eduardo sector of the city of Guayaquil. The methodology was of a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) of descriptive scope, with a non-experimental, crossfield design. A survey was applied to a random sample of 100 inhabitants of the sector who own pets.
