Abstract

This document presents the architectural project with Pensioners Center in the city of Machala, under the need for a space for elderly people the design process was carried out through an investigation with the needs of retirees, to understand what the project needs to accomplish and under these determined points generate the necessary comfort for them to sit in a home environment and meet all possible needs they may have. In this same way the project is resolved integrally generating dynamics with the context and spaces where different types of activities can be performed, working together the concept of the project and design, which is to provide and transmit security to the user.
