| dc.description | Se realizó un artículo científico que lleva como título: La inexistencia del Reglamento a
la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales, el cual tuvo como objetivo general,
determinar los efectos de la inexistencia del Reglamento a la Ley Orgánica de Protección
de Datos Personales. La presente investigación fue de carácter exploratoria y descriptiva.
Se utilizó un enfoque de carácter cualitativo, en donde se utilizó como técnicas de
investigación, la revisión bibliográfica, análisis de la fundamentación legal en el sistema
jurídico ecuatoriano acerca de los datos personales. Se determinó que es urgente y una
necesidad de la comunidad ecuatoriana que exista la entrada en vigencia del proyecto del
Reglamento a la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales, puesto a que, permitirá
implementar y ejercer los derechos relacionados a la protección de los datos personales
de los ciudadanos. Se concluye que, la presente propuesta de investigación es impulsar el
proyecto del Reglamento de la Ley de Protección de Datos Personales y después de su
expedición realizar una jornada de formación sobre el Reglamento a través de charlas,
seminarios, reuniones informativas sobre el contenido del mencionado reglamento para
que a través de dichas actividades los ecuatorianos, puedan estar informados de la
existencia del mencionado reglamento y su aplicación. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | A scientific article was carried out with the title "The non-existence of the Regulations to
the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data", which had as its general objective,
to determine the effects of the non-existence of the Regulations to the Organic Law for
the Protection of Personal Data. This research was exploratory and descriptive. A
qualitative approach was developed, where the bibliographic review, the analysis of the
legal foundation in the Ecuadorian legal system regarding personal data was improved as
research techniques. It will be concluded that it is urgent and a necessity of the Ecuadorian
community that the entry into force of the project of the Regulation to the Organic Law
of Protection of Personal Data exists, since it will allow to implement and exercise the
rights related to the protection of personal data. of the citizen. It is concluded that this
research proposal is to promote the project of the Regulation of the Personal Data
Protection Law and after its issuance, carry out a training session on the Regulation
