| Resumen : | In the development of this research, the right to life, human life and its inviolability, the essential core of the right to life, the concept of human dignity, characteristics of the right to life, minimum limit of protection will be studied. of life, the presumed absolutism of constitutional rights of a legal nature with their pragmatic incompatibility, as well as whether the good that protects the right to life is available or unavailable, in which cases there will be possible limitations or exceptions will be reviewed, concatenated with the above, it will be reviewed what is established by the international orbit regarding the rights of the human being and life. In addition, the present work will analyze the right to life against the Organic Law that legitimizes and regulates the progressive use of force, regarding its possible unconstitutionality or inconsistency, characteristics, concepts, function and purpose. |
| Descripción : | En el desarrollo de la presente investigación se va a estudiar el derecho a la vida, la vida humana y su inviolabilidad, el núcleo esencial del derecho a la vida, el concepto de dignidad humana, características del derecho a la vida, Límite mínimo de protección de la vida, el presumible absolutismo de los derechos constitucionales de cara con la incompatibilidad pragmática de los mismos, así como también se revisará si la el bien jurídico que protege el derecho a la vida es disponible o indisponible, en qué casos habría posibles limitaciones o excepciones, concatenado con lo anterior se revisara que es lo que establece la órbita internacional respecto de los derechos del ser humano y la vida. Además, el presente trabajo analizara el derecho vida frente a la Ley orgánica que legitima y regula el uso progresivo de la fuerza, respecto de sus posibles inconstitucionalidades o inconcordancias, características, conceptos, función y finalidad. |
