| dc.description | El análisis financiero es de vital importancia, aplicarlo en las compañías actualmente, debido a que es una herramienta que es de mucha ayuda para la toma de decisiones gerenciales, es por eso por lo que en este trabajo de investigación aborda lo que significa esta herramienta para realizar análisis de proyectos (clientes) nuevos o existentes, mediante la cual se evaluarán 3 proyectos existentes dentro de la compañía PROVICA, PROTECCIÓN Y VIGILANCIA CIA. LTDA., y un nuevo proyecto en la que la compañía podría ingresar a ofrecer sus servicios, esto será mediante la herramienta de análisis del VAN (Valor Actual Neto), la TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno) y el PayBack o periodo de recuperación, con la finalidad de conocer si este nuevo proyecto es o no viable para la compañía y el tiempo de recuperación que tendría que esperar para ver de retorno su inversión. | en_US |
