| dc.description | El siguiente proyecto estudia la intervención y propuesta de revitalización de los bloques de vivienda colectiva del IESS, los cuales se encuentran ubicados en la calle Gómez Rendón entre Av. del Ejercito y Maldonado. Dicha revitalización fundamentada por la actual situación aciaga de la edificación, para esto es necesario hacer un análisis de la vivienda existente, las instalaciones, la infraestructura y la superestructura. Como consecuencia del análisis se concluye que la vivienda dentro del conjunto no es óptima para la vivienda digna, por ende, se proponen nuevos módulos de vivienda teniendo en cuenta el metraje mínimo dispuesto por el MIDUVI. Implementando una solución constructiva que mejor e la calidad espacial y visual de los usuarios de esta edificación. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The following project studies the intervention and proposed revitalization of the collective housing blocks of the IESS, which are located in Gómez Rendón Street between Av. of the Army and Maldonado. This revitalization, based on the current bleak situation of the building, requires an analysis of existing housing, facilities, infrastructure and superstructure. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that housing within the complex is not optimal for decent housing, therefore, new housing modules are proposed taking into account the minimum footage provided by MIDUVI. Implementing a constructive solution that improves the spatial and visual quality of the users of this building. | en_US |
