Abstract

This project proposes a collective housing initiative that integrates housing units of social and public interest, aimed at a diversity of user groups. The main objective is to promote community life through shared spaces among the residents of the complex. In this context, we seek to revitalize the urban core of the city of Guayaquil, expanding the vitality and activity that characterize Panama Street. The goal of the proposal is to address the housing needs in the urban center of the city, thus contributing to the solution of the problem.
