| dc.description | El síndrome de Burnout es un trastorno sumamente común en el ámbito laboral y los colaboradores que laboran en el sector eléctrico no son la excepción, al día de hoy este síndrome es más reconocido, diagnosticado y tratado, lo que ha conllevado a que se lo considere como un riesgo laboral por el ente de salud OMS. En la presente investigación, se determinarán los factores que permiten que las afectaciones del Síndrome de Burnout perjudiquen a los colaboradores que laboran en la empresa del sector eléctrico, convirtiendo su jornada laboral en un obstáculo para su salud mental y bienestar laboral. | en_US |

Today this disorder is more recognized, diagnosed and treated, which has led to it’s being considered as an occupational hazard by the World Health Organization.
