| dc.description | El crecimiento urbano de Guayaquil ha llevado a la vivienda hacia las periferias, dejando el centro vacío. Este proyecto propone una solución a través de la vivienda híbrida colectiva, combinando residencias con usos comerciales y comunitarios en altura. Inspirado en el concepto de las "calles en el cielo" de Alison y Peter Smithson, el diseño conecta a los usuarios mediante corredores elevados, creando una red continua de interacción social y circulación eficiente. La propuesta busca revitalizar el centro urbano mediante un modelo de ocupación mixta, fomentando la conectividad y la integración entre lo público y lo privado. | en_US |

This project proposes a solution through collective hybrid housing, combining residences with commercial and community uses in height.
