Diseño arquitectónico del Centro Cultural Ecuatoriano Alemán en Guayaquil.

Abstract

This document contains the development of a project Keywords: cultural center, diagnostic, problematic, architectural of the German Ecuadorian Cultural Center, which has been carrying out its activities in the Old Kennedy citadel since 1999. Research and critical analysis of this cultural-educational space is carried out, considering the different social and physical conditions of the sector, in order to map the main needs of the institution and its different users. This project seeks to define a diagnosis of the current situation of the building in order to propose a new project that responds to existing problems and also provides functionality and flexibility in its infrastructure. It is intended that the spaces can be transformed for all types of activities as necessary in the same way that they are able to meet the multiple needs by strengthening their role as an intercultural bridge that promotes exchange and cooperation between Ecuador and Germany.
