Abstract

This work examines the pronouncements of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador regarding collective rights, with emphasis on socio-environmental and economic conflicts. The research relates the main content of the judicial decisions that serve as interpretive and integrative content for the effective protection of these rights. The review follows a qualitative approach, combining the comparative legal method and the legal-historical method, allowing the consistency of the pronouncements to be analyzed. Its objective is to provide a critical look at the comprehensive protection of collective rights in a context of complex conflicts through the comparison of jurisprudence and reflections that contribute to the clarity of the content.
