| dc.description | La base del éxito del proceso de mejoramiento es el establecimiento adecuado de una buena política de calidad. Dicha política requiere del compromiso de todos los componentes de la organización, en este caso de un cantón: General Villamil. Actualmente este importante balneario persigue la completa satisfacción del cliente, pero ha descuidado ciertas áreas, en las que deberá poner mayor énfasis en su mejoramiento continuo, partiendo de un adecuado sistema de capacitación. Las teorías desarrolladas parten desde la conceptualización de la calidad y sus asociados: atención, servicio viendo a ésta como una filosofía, una estrategia, un modelo de hacer negocios y está localizado hacia el cliente. Como finalidad de este proyecto de investigación, está principalmente en la necesidad de conocer la calidad de los servicios turísticos que se ofrecen en General Villamil (Playas), balneario perteneciente a la provincia del Guayas, razón por la cual previamente se realizó un diagnóstico del balneario. En base a la información obtenida a través de las encuestas, entrevistas, indicadores y el estudio del impacto ambiental, económico y social; se procedió a diseñar el Plan de calidad de los servicios turísticos, el cual no solo beneficiará al turista que es el objeto de estudio sino también a empresarios turísticos, pero principalmente se favorecerá a los residentes de General Villamil. | en_US |
| dc.description | The base of the success of the process of improvement is the suitable establishment of a good politics of quality. The above mentioned politics needs of the commitment of all the components of the organization, in this case of a canton: General Villamil. Nowadays this important place chases the complete satisfaction of the client, but it has neglected certain areas, in which it will have to put major emphasis in his constant improvement, departing from a suitable system of training. The developed theories divide from the conceptualization of the quality and his partners: attention, service seeing this one as a philosophy, a strategy, a model of business doing and it is located towards the client. The purpose of this project of investigation, it is principally in the need to know the quality of the tourist services that offer themselves in General Villamil (Playas), resort belonging to the province of the Guayas, reason by which before a diagnosis of the resort was realized. On the basis of the information obtained across the surveys, interviews, indicators and the study of the environmental, economic and social impact; one proceeded to design the quality plan of the tourist services, which not only will benefit the tourist who is the object of study but also to tourist businessmen, but principally the residents of General Villamil will be favored. | en_US |
