Propuesta de aplicación de un modelo de control de inventario para mejorar la disponibilidad de insumos operativos en la bodega de la Empresa Cribeca S.A.

Abstract

At present, the construction sector is a very important game and it contributes to the economy of the country, in the industry there is a wide demand in the provision of services that little by little has been improving in all. Creating a high leve of competitiveness. This work aims to analyze the situation of the construction company CRIBECA S.A., in terms of its control and management of the inventory of activity that has been done in an empirical and inefficient way. CRIBECA S.A. Is dedicated to elaborate works of construction and rent of machinery, and through a field study has been able to discover failures in the area of control of operative inputs of the warehouse that affect to the productivity. The project was investigated through interviews with collaborators, supervisors and clients, whose objective is to detect the errors that occurred through their responses and comments and on the basis of the research carried out by the proponent and suggest possible solutions. The ABC classification of the operative products determined the most significant ones for the company and also the type of the demand was determined to choose the right model of inventory control.
